B50 (Burgenland Bundesstraße) in north-eastern direction to Neusiedl a. See - at the junction Neusiedl a. Lake on the A4 (direction Vienna) - exit Bruck a.d. Leitha OST (direction Rohrau, Hainburg a.d. Danube) - B211 (Rohrrauer Bundesstraße) until the turnoff to Petronell-Carnuntum

From Bratislava

B9 (Pressburger Bundesstraße) in the direction of Vienna to Petronell-Carnuntum travel time approx. 30 minutes

By public transport 

From Vienna 

Schnellbahn S7 from Wien-Mitte in the direction of Wolfsthal -> to Petronell-Carnuntum station, depart on weekdays every hour 17 minutes past the hour (Sat, Sun and public holidays every two hours 17 minutes after the hour)

Travel time: approx. 55 minutes

From Eisenstadt / Lake Neusiedl

By regional train via Neusiedl a. Lake to Bruck a.d. Leitha, then with regional bus lines (bus 574 or 575 direction Hainburg a.d. Danube) from Bruck a.d. Leitha station to Petronell-Carnuntum (main square)

From Bratislava

With the regional bus MHD no. 901 from "Nový most" or "Petržalka / Einsteinova", get off at the station "Pressburger Reichsstraße" (at the Ungartor / Penny Markt), after a short walk you reach the station Ungartor; Take the S7 to Bad Deutsch Altenburg or Petronell station
